Transaction Metrics

Deep dive into the metrics around your transactions

    • Transaction Time: The time the transaction took place
    • Payment Method: Payment method used by the customer to make the purchase
    • Transaction Amount: Amount paid by the customer
    • Transaction Status: Shows the most up to date status of the transaction. It will default  to ‘refunded’ or “voided” if selected in the type.

  • Settlement Amount: The amount that will be settled (fees not deducted yet), and not the deposit amount
    • Payment Product: Payment product used by the customer to make the purchase
        • Offline QRC: This is specific to static QR Codes that have been printed out and displayed in store for customers to scan
        • Online QRC: Online QR Code is displayed through the Merchant’s website that the customer can scan via their mobile device
        • Online API’s: When a Merchant integrates through Pockyt’s plug-ins to our API, we will integrate back and display ere
        • POS/APP: When Pockyt is used via POS or mobile app, and is inclusive of API integrations)
        • Invoice: When an invoice is generated through any of the Pockyt services (e.g., portal, app) 
        • Pay by Link: When a link is generated, sent and used by a customer through any of the Pockyt services (e.g., portal, app)
  • Settlement Status: Pending or Settled.
  • Transaction ID: Generated ID number of the transaction
    • Invoice Number: The designated invoice identification when a payment is collected via Invoice If it is pre-authorized, it is not completed, and an invoice number will not be displayed.
    • Transaction Type: Identify transaction by the type including:
      • Payment: Incoming transaction. After selecting “Payment” under transaction type, you can also select filters under Transaction status.
        • Refund: Refund transaction
        • Void: Will show the original transaction ID along with the Void ID. After selecting “Refund” or “Void”, the Transaction Status will be set default to ‘refunded’ or “voided” and can’t be changed to other filters in Status. 
    • Store ID: If a Merchant has multiple stores, the ID will appear here to differentiate which transactions came from which stores.
      • Click the dropdown menu of all stores associated with the Merchant ID
      • Check the boxes to select SID’s of interest, click Done to apply filter and see search result
      • Click Clear to clear filter
    • Network TID: Shared reference number that is shared with payment partners (Alipay, Wechat Pay, PayPal, etc) to reference transactions
  • Exchange Rate: Reflects the settlement currency rate between two currencies. Rates will change via the market, and also wallet holder status level (eg: some Merchant’s may have higher or lower rates per wallet)
      • Assigned value appears when a transaction is made with international wallets, regardless if the transaction currency is local currency or USD. If it’s the same currency, we are still displaying an exchange rate but will not have a value.
      • No value appears when it’s in the Pre-Authorization stage
    • Beijing Time: Portal shows local transaction time and Beijing time with a transaction timestamp in UTC+8
  • Order Notes: Captures notes from the Merchant via the Portal or from the Pockyt Terminal/App. This is not the same notes as customer notes which show under Customer Message in the transaction details.
  • SKU Number: Assigned value appears if a SKU is scanned

  • Detail: This view will show all transaction details. If you see “Not Applicable” it may be because we have not been sent the data or that data does not apply to the transaction

      • Cashier ID: Store user ID for POS/App transactions You can view which Store User ID and Cashier ID was used for the transactions done with POS/Pockyt APP or Offline QRC.
  • Signature Image
      • Captures customer signature for credit card transactions and serves a proof of purchase to dispute chargebacks
  • Download:
    • Click Download to download a PDF version.
    • This is good to find charge backs and serves as a receipt
    • The Store ID, Cashier ID and QRC will reflect the store and cashier that processed this transaction.

 

  • Refund: Managers or Super Managers can go directly into the Pockyt portal to receive and issue a full or partial refund  through the terminal. This view lists out the original sale amount. 
    • Enter the full or partial refund amount 
    • Enter Yuanfer password. This is to ensure only those with refund access. Only Merchant Managers and Super Managers can access this functionality, but not Finance Managers 
    • Select the “Yes” box to confirm refund
    • Click “Refund” to apply
  • Order Notes: Add an order note up to 30 characters for any additional details around this transaction.
  • Once you click submit, it will appear under “notes” that will be visible to everyone. If you made notes in the Terminal/App it will reflect in the portal
    • Click “Submit” to apply
