Portal View: Settings

Settings allows a user to make changes to settings of their portal and terminal. Here you can find and update user information, add more stores and generate QR Codes.

 

  • Upload Logo:

      • Upload your own logo and will appear on your terminal
      • The type of image is limited to png, jpg, jpeg.The size of image is limited to 2048KB.The height of the uploaded image is limited to 80px. 
  • Set to default:

      • By Selecting this button, it will default to ALL your account’s original settings 
  • Account 

    • Users can add other members of their team to receive notifications. The “Payment Notifications” toggle will allow emails to be sent to users around any action taken around payments 
    • You are able to edit and change the following: Address, Email Address, Additional Notification Mailbox, Payment Notification ( You can receive notifications via email, terminal, Pockyt App and Wechat Yunasfer office account).
    • Some fields are non-editable including DBA Name, Legal Name, Processing Rate, Bank Information. In order to change this information, please email support@pockyt.io to submit any updates.
    • To save all changes, Select the blue “Submit” button in the bottom left hand corner. 



 

  • QR Code 

    • QR Code shows all historical QR codes created and organized by the store.
    • If there are multiple stores, it will display here. Merchants can add a store, however, there are certain fields that will need to be requested to Pockyt via support@pockyt.io
    • Filters and Views:
      • SID
      • Cashier No.
      • QRcode Name
      • Store Name
      • Cashier No
      • QRcode Pic: black & white QRC, customizable 
      • Pic-Unicode: standard Pockyt UniQRC – Alipay, WeChat Pay, PayPal logos
      • Created Time

 

  • Adding a QR code

    • Select the blue +Add button to generate a new QR Code

  • Once submitted, it will appear in the QR tab under “collect”. Add a unique user to identify the Merchant responsible for sending the code. 

  • Store

    • If a Merchant has multiple stores, or if you only have access to one store, you will be able to view all dedicated stores and their details in one view:
      • Store
      • Tax
      • Pay by Link: Copy & paste link to send to customers to use
      • Convenience Fee: Percentage taken out
      • Email

 

  • “More” Tab: Detail and Edit

    • Detail allows you to see the status of the store and enable / disable 
    • Edit the following: Name, Min Pay amount($), Max Pay amount($), Address, Contact Info, Tip Switch, Tax Switch, Convenience Fee Switch, Other Taxes, Latitude (N) and Longitude (W), Pay by Link Name, Email and Website. You will not be able to edit the PayPal Status.
    • Click Submit to apply changes

 

  • Add in a new Store

    • You will need to contact the Pockyt team at support@pockyt.io to complete this action and generate the Pockyt Merchant (MID & Merchant Name) and PayPal Status on your behalf
    • You are able to add and edit the following: Name, Address, Min Pay amount, Max Pay amount, Contact Info, Complaints Hotline, Phone, QQ, WeChat, Email, Latitude (N), Longitude (W), Pay by Link Name, Store Alias, and website.

 

  • Tip Switch: Can toggle on/off, then edit %
  • Convenience Fee Switch: Can toggle on/off, then edit %
  • Other Taxes Switch: Can toggle on/off, then edit

 

  • Click “Save” to apply all changes
  • User 

    • User view allows you to view all users or filter by a specific email address
    • You are able to view the Account associated, Email handle, Type of user, Status (enabled or disabled) and details under the “Operation” drop down menu

 

  • Merchant Users

  • View all the “Merchant” level users when you toggle the “Merchant User” at the top of the page
  • To view more details, Under the Operation Column, select the “More” Drop down options and select “Details” (It will be blank if User “Type” is Finance Manager)
  • Here, you have the ability to edit user details and reset passwords

 

  • Under the “Edit” option, you will be able to edit the following: Name, Email, Type, Merchant Finance, Merchant Super Manager, Merchant Manager. It will be blank if User “Type” is Finance Manager

 

  • Under the “Disable” option, you can disable Merchant User Accounts where the email  will no longer have access to the Pockyt Portal.

 

Adding a Merchant user:

  • Click the blue “+Add” Button
  • When you are adding in a “type”, note that “Finance” type has limited abilities by ONLY being able to view Transactions and cannot make edits to the portal. Super manager vs. Managers can make changes such as issue refunds, void transactions, sent invoices, pay by links

 

  • Store Users

    • View all the “Store” level users. Store level users can only view their specific store, and not all the stores under a Merchant Account. 
    • You and view the Store Account, Store Name, Email, Type and Status

 

Adding a Store User:

  • Store Users can ONLY view store information, dedicated to the store
  • ​​Click the blue “+Add” Button
  • SID: choose from dropdown menu
  • Type:
    • Cashier checker: sale, report (can see store transactions)
    • Store staff: sale, report (can only see his/her own transactions)
    • Store Manager: sale, return, void, report
  • Account Name
  • Email: must be a unique handle
  • Click Submit to apply. This will generate a Store User ID

 

  • Password

  • Change your Pockyt Portal Password by entering your old password and new password 2x correctly to reset 

 

 

  • Batch

    • The batch view is a “view only” page that can only be changed by Pockyt. Please submit any changes to support@pockyt.io
      • Withdrawal Status: Toggle Settlement function on or off
      • Time Interval: View the batch settlement frequency
      • *Settle Threshold: Send a request to support@pockyt.io to set a reserve (for refunds etc). The Settle Threshold will override Time Interval and if the threshold is not met, funds will not be submitted for settlement.
