Navigating your Merchant Portal
NAVIGATION: LEFT HAND RAIL: On the left-hand side of the screen, you will see a menu of options:
NAVIGATION: TOP MENU: At the top of the page, you see the following options:
- Hamburger menu: Expand and hide the menu bar
- Language option: Choose between English and Chinese. This will always default to English unless changed manually.
- Local Time Zone: Reflects Beijing Time (UTC +8) and US Local Time (UTC –7) and always default to your current local time. Note that when downloading reports, it will reflect Beijing time.
Login Information: Expand to navigate to your Account, Reset Password and Logout
