The Deposits view captures how much money is settled in the Merchant’s bank account after a payment transaction. After settlement is batched, this is the final amount the Merchant is able to collect after Pockyt’s percentage.
- If Pockyt is responsible for a settlement, the deposits will show up in this view. If any transactions are settled directly with the wallet, it will not capture that settlement in this view.
- Views: Grouped by settlement cut-off time and wallets:

- Deposits Summary: Captures batch settlement cutoff times for each payment group and the rules for settlement & deposit.
- Balance Summary: Captures batch settlement cutoff times for each payment group and the rules for settlement & deposit.
- Starting Balance: Payments processed after the cutoff batch time. Amount confirmed with the wallet.
- Payments Pending Settlement: Payment transactions that happened today, waiting to be settled
- Refunds Pending Settlement: Refunds transactions that happened today, waiting to be settled
- Current Balance: Sum of all settlements (Starting Balance + Payment Pending Settlement)
- RefundsCutoff Time: Reflects Merchant's local time and is contingent on the rules set from implementation

- Filter by date and time aggregation to show Settlement Amount (Transaction Amount), Processing Fee (Pockyt), Banch ACH Fee, Deposit Amount, Deposit Date
- Current day
- Current week: Monday–current day

- Download the report into excel to be able to view all transactions within that batch. This is great to EoQ reconciliation reports
